Jessica Vernon is performing in in Jack & the Beanstalk at the Regent Theatre in Ipswich over the festive season - oh yes she is!

We offer Adult Ballet classes.  9.30 - 10.15am on Tuesdays at the Village Hall in Ixworth, Fridays at 9.15 - 10.00am & 11.45 - 12.30pm at Acton Village Hall, near Sudbury.

Our Adult ballet classes are designed to help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. The low intensity exercises will tone and strengthen the entire body in a fun and social environment.

Research often puts dance ahead of other physical activities in the variety of health benefits that it brings.  Ballet and dance are also very social activities and a dance class can be a great place to meet new people with a passion and joy for life. The classes will enable you to exercise in a way that suits you.

Whether you’re an experienced dancer, have briefly dabbled or are a complete novice, we welcome all learners of any age and ability.

Marie is also a fully trained Silver Swans teacher. The Royal Academy of Dance developed this programme based on research into dance practise for older learners.
